- Professional certifications and licenses: Until expiry or account deletion

9. Account and Data Deletion
To Delete Your Operator Account:
- Open the PolyOps app and go to Settings
- Select "Account Management"
- Choose "Delete Account" and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, email support@polymarq.com with your deletion request
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
- Your operator account will be deactivated immediately
- Personal data will be deleted within 30 days
- Transaction and earnings records may be retained for legal compliance (7 years)
- Service performance data may be anonymized and retained for platform improvement
- Any pending payments will be processed before account deletion
10. Children's Privacy
PolyOps is designed for professional waste collection operators and is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete such information promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your home country, including countries that may have different data protection laws.
